We aim to display product descriptions, colours, measurements, photographs, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, and your device display. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

We may modify or discontinue products without notice. Certain products, including limited releases, sale items, bundles, and pre-order items, may be available only in limited quantities and may have additional conditions stated on the product page.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Shipping charges, discounts, and any applicable taxes are calculated or shown during checkout.

We may correct pricing, product-information, or availability errors and may cancel or amend an affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is confirmed. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

4. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock errors, incorrect pricing, or purchase limits.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be changed after processing has begun.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is currently available within Hong Kong only. Estimated dispatch and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incomplete addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order products will display an estimated dispatch period on their product page. Estimates may change because of production, transport, or other circumstances. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify the customer using the contact information provided with the order.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products may be shipped together when all items become available unless otherwise stated or arranged.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Sale items are final sale except where required by applicable law or where an item is defective or incorrect.

All content on this website, including the Drift Athletic name, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs, text, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Drift Athletic and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
