SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING AREA
Drift Athletic currently ships to addresses within Hong Kong only. We do not currently offer international delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
Unless a product page or order notice states otherwise, orders are normally prepared and delivered within approximately 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. During product launches, promotional periods, severe weather, public holidays, or other exceptional circumstances, processing or delivery may take longer. If we expect a material delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
SHIPPING FEES
Standard Hong Kong shipping is typically HK$50 per order. The exact shipping charge, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free standard Hong Kong shipping is available when the qualifying order value is HK$500 or more after discounts and before shipping charges.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
The estimated dispatch or availability period for each pre-order product will be stated on its product page. The product-page estimate replaces the standard 1–3 business-day timeline.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the full order may be held and shipped together when all items are available unless we state otherwise or make a separate arrangement with you.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, and contact information. Please email team@driftapparelhk.com as soon as possible if you notice an error.
We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been handed to the delivery provider. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, or an uncollected parcel may be charged to the customer.
DELIVERY AND TRACKING
Where tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent using the contact details provided with the order. Tracking updates are supplied by the delivery provider and may not appear immediately.
An order may be considered delivered when the delivery provider records it as delivered to the supplied address, building reception, authorised recipient, designated collection location, or other agreed delivery point.
DELAYS AND UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS
Drift Athletic is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, transport interruption, public-health measures, or inaccurate delivery information. We will nevertheless assist where reasonably possible.
MISSING OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If a parcel is materially delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives visibly damaged, contact team@driftapparelhk.com promptly with your order number and relevant photographs or information. We will review the matter with the delivery provider.
